Smart Home & Tech Installation Services

Yes, these services are provided by HelloTech, which offers American Home Shield® members in-home and online tech support. HelloTech has a nationwide team of techs who are fully vetted and provide same-day bookings. 

A HelloTech tech will assess the installation area, install the smart door lock, connect the lock to an existing WiFi network, complete the first-time setup, download the mobile app to your device of choice and ensure it is synced, and demonstrate the commonly used features. Please note that a functioning, customer-supplied smart door lock and WiFi connection are required at the time of installation. 

A HelloTech tech will assess the installation area, install the smart thermostat, connect the device to an existing WiFi network, complete the first-time setup, download the mobile app to your device of choice and set it up for you, and demonstrate the commonly used features. Please note that a functioning, customer-supplied thermostat and WiFi connection are required at the time of installation.

A HelloTech tech will assess the installation area(s), install the smart home security camera(s), connect the camera(s) to an existing WiFi network, complete the first-time setup, install and set up the mobile app, and demonstrate the commonly used features. Please note that a functioning, customer-supplied home security camera and WiFi connection are required at the time of installation.

A HelloTech tech will remove the current doorbell, confirm that your smart doorbell is compatible, install the smart/video doorbell, connect it to an existing WiFi network, and complete the first-time set-up. Please note that a functioning, customer-supplied smart doorbell and WiFi connection are required at the time of installation.

A HelloTech tech will install a bracket and mount one TV(bracket not included, customer must supply), connect all necessary video and basic audio components, neatly address the wires, configure any necessary peripheral devices, and offer cord concealment (at an additional cost). You can request TV mounting installation for a TV between 33-60" in size or 60” and larger.
